We are seeking a seasoned Director of Operations to lead our East Alabama market, comprising six centers. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership and direction to these centers, ensuring they meet established goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management of assigned centers, driving performance and excellence in all aspects of operations.
• Establish and implement center goals aligned with corporate objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor center performance, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with center management to develop and implement corrective action plans.
• Serve as a liaison between centers, providers, and corporate staff, providing guidance and support to resolve issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with Facilities and other teams to ensure the successful construction, supply, staffing, and opening of new facilities within the geographic region.

Requirements

• Previous experience in managing outpatient care clinics is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is desired.
• Strong communication, leadership, management, coaching, and delegation skills are essential.

Work Environment

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to work extended periods on their feet and travel occasionally. The ability to use a computer and drive short and/or long distances frequently is also required.
