Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care from admission to discharge, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of health problems.
- Collaborate with hospitalists, private physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in cross-coverage model for general inpatient medicine patients and subspecialty services.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Current Massachusetts State Licensure, with all associated active certifications as a Nurse Practitioner in good standing.
- MCSR and DEA licenses.
- Active ACLS/BLS certification as established by the American Heart Association.
- General medical inpatient or ICU experience preferred, but not required.
