About the Job

As a Registered Nurse with Providence Service, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure that care is coordinated and patient-centered.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and new developments in home health care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Washington state RN license.
  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in home health care.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
  • One year of recent experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency or facility.
