Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for adult and geriatric patients suffering from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test and measure patients' strength, motor development, sensory perception, functional capacity, respiratory and circulatory efficiency, and response to treatment.
  • Develop and carry out treatment plans and goals specifically designed for each patient.
  • Instruct and motivate patients to perform various physical activities and consult with licensed Physical Therapists to advance or modify established goals.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree as a physical therapist assistant.
  • Licensed and registered Physical Therapy Assistant with an unrestricted license to practice in the State of Minnesota.
Benefits:

Benefits are available for non-union staff working 24 hours (0.6 FTE) or union staff working 32 hours (0.8 FTE) per week and are effective the first of the month after 30 days of employment.
