Main Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare accurate entries to general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare account reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, bank, and credit card reconciliations.
  • Analyze financial data to prepare detailed reports.
  • Maintain documentation of costing and reconciliation processes.
  • Assist the Controller in various projects as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Current or prior Non Profit Industry experience is required.
  • Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and proficient in Excel (pivot tables/lookups).
