Job Summary:

Bravura Information Technology Systems, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all information systems products and services meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control Planning: Create, submit, and implement a comprehensive Quality Control Plan to ensure contract requirements are accomplished in accordance with contract specifications.
  • Issue Notification: Notify the Government of issues or potential issues that may affect performance within 24 working hours of discovery, and submit written reports within 48 hours.
  • Regular Reporting: Support regular reporting and meeting cadence, including Monthly Workload Reports, In-Progress Reviews, and Quarterly In-Person Reviews, to address quality control results and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Alternate Program Manager: Serve as Alternate Program Manager during absences of the contract Program Manager.
  • Quality Measures: Oversee the implementation of quality measures during the performance of all on-site technical task areas.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience performing Quality Assurance activities under general supervision.
  • Education: A BA/BS degree (AA degree accepted with additional years of experience).
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification desired.
