About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Lighthouse Autism Center. As an RBT, you will play a critical role in delivering one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop personalized therapy plans, and guiding children's progress in educational and social settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans, taking into account each child's unique needs and goals.
  • Monitor and document children's progress, providing regular updates to parents and caregivers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment, embodying Lighthouse's Core Values of Compassion, Trustworthiness, Courage, and Commitment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move children safely, as well as sustain physical demands of the job.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $21.00.
  • Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends.
