Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at Planet Healthcare. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the performance of cardiovascular procedures, including catheterizations, angioplasties, and stent placements.

Job Summary:
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the cath lab, including the setup and operation of equipment.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning patients for imaging.
  • Assist the physician during procedures, including monitoring patient vital signs and providing support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in a related field, such as cardiovascular technology or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) or Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (RCVT).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a cath lab setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
