We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bellman to join our team at Crowne Plaza Knoxville Downtown University. As a Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected.
• Coordinate the arrival and departure of guests, including luggage handling and parking assistance.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our hotel's services and amenities to guests.
• Stay up-to-date with hotel events and activities, providing guests with information and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is an asset.

• A competitive hourly rate of $15.50.
