Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years' supervisor experience in manufacturing, preferably in the oil industry and/or packaging.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, effective communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Physical Demands: Frequent lifting and bending, sitting, and standing.
  • PPE Requirements: Safety glasses, steel toe boots, and hearing protection (optional).
