Adecco is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in Romeoville, IL. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for receiving and moving materials within the warehouse, verifying inventory quantities, and maintaining accurate paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a forklift to move materials and products within the warehouse
  • Verify inventory quantities and assist in inventory level maintenance
  • Maintain accurate and complete paperwork
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment
  • Pick and stage parts for store replenishment
  • Regularly use lift equipment to move pallets around the warehouse
  • Marks pallets with identifying store information
  • Keeps work area neat, clean, and hazard-free
  • Uses a hand-held radio frequency device (RF Scanner)
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1+ years of prior warehouse and material handling experience required
  • Experience operating all types of forklifts (Reach/Order Picker, Stand-Up)
  • All applicants must complete a forklift assessment
  • Must be able to lift to 40 lbs
  • Warehouse management system experience required, including RF Scanners
  • Must be a real Team Player
