The Registered Nurse plays a pivotal role as a leader within the healthcare team at Novant Health by fostering a genuine, personalized connection with patients and their selected support systems. Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
- License: Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact license is required.
- Experience: Preferred one year of experience in acute or rehabilitation settings.
- Patient Population: Focus on inpatient rehabilitation, including patients recovering from COVID-19, amputations, surgeries, and strokes with lost mobility or fine motor skills. Not for acutely ill patients.
