Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse on our Medical Surgical unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
