Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Enterprise Holdings. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing car service, repair, and maintenance on our fleet of vehicles.



Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing complete vehicle maintenance inspections, including tire checks and fluid level checks
  • Performing preventive maintenance services, such as oil changes and tire rotations, according to manufacturer specifications
  • Repairing and replacing tires, as well as replacing wearable parts, such as bulbs and wipers
  • Maintaining accurate repair records and documenting all work performed
  • Complying with health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop, servicing current model vehicles
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Automotive Technology or completion of an Automotive Technical College or Technical vocational training
  • Possession of OEM training or certification, or at least four (4) Automotive ASE Certifications (A1-A9)
  • A valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record within the past three years
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on your driving record within the past five years (DUI/DWI)
  • Basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products
  • Understanding of GM, Ford, Toyota, and Chrysler warranty procedures is a plus

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting hourly rate of $25, with increases of $1 per hour for each ASE certification obtained. We also offer a robust benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, and more.
