Job Title: Senior Escrow Officer

At Empora Title, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Escrow Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of title transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest level of accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary contact for investor clients, responsible for day-to-day communications and ensuring timely completion of transactions
  • Prioritize file management and ensure all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to resolve issues and ensure compliance
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of title and escrow processes
  • Ensure all transactions and processes are compliant with legal and company standards
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience as an escrow officer, including multi-state or national experience in purchase and refinance transactions involving investors
  • Familiarity with assignment contracts, transactional funding, double closings, title abstracts, and chain of title
  • Ability to accurately analyze and evaluate documents as they relate to the title
  • Operation with a sense of timeline urgency toward desired closing dates; ownership mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills
