We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in MedSurg and Float Pool at TriStar Summit Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse with experience in MedSurg and Float Pool. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years of experience in MedSurg and Float Pool
- A valid RN license in the state of Tennessee
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
