About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse RN to join our team at Digestive Health Specialists, P.A. in Winston Salem, NC. As a Clinical Nurse RN, you will work collaboratively with our physicians, Physician Assistants, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to determine patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Perform responsibilities using established procedures, policies, guidelines, and standards to deliver quality patient care.
- Work to increase the department's ability to effectively maintain the daily schedule and provide safe and appropriate patient services.
- Must possess appropriate personality characteristics to serve patients and families in a positive, professional, helpful manner.
- This position requires the ability and means to travel to various locations, including other sites. Must provide proof of automobile insurance.
- This position may require flexibility of schedule, including hours and location.
Requirements:
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) preferred.
- Holds the following certifications without restrictions: Current North Carolina LPN or RN license or Compact State Nursing License valid in NC.
- Language - Must be able to read and write English at high school level. Must communicate effectively. Must be able to read numbers and do basic math calculations.
- Transportation - Must have transportation and means to travel as needed to satellite locations.
