Emergency Medical Technician
We are seeking dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians who are committed to providing exceptional, high-quality care and both basic and advanced medical assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate each emergency situation to determine the most effective response while adhering to established EMT protocols.
Apply your EMT expertise using medical tools and techniques, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen delivery systems, and intravenous therapy to administer advanced medical support.
Serve as the team leader for EMT operations, taking charge of scene management and unit coordination as necessary.
Operate the emergency vehicle during urgent responses.
Collaborate professionally with all healthcare and public safety personnel, as well as fellow EMTs.
Responsibilities:
Participate in community outreach initiatives to uphold the organization's reputation and foster strong community ties.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
State EMT Certification
State Driver's License
BLS, ACLS, NREMT-EMT
Driving record in compliance with company standards
Successfully pass Physical Agility Assessment
Some relevant experience, preferably in healthcare
