Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance work as assigned, adhering to dealership and factory standards.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle malfunctions, identifying and repairing or replacing faulty parts as needed.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide clear explanations of repair work and estimated costs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other service technicians, parts specialists, and service advisors to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks on all work performed to ensure it meets dealership and factory standards.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technical training and factory bulletins to maintain and improve technical skills.
Requirements
  • ASE Certification: Possess a valid ASE certification or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
