Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Heavy Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate a range of heavy equipment, including 18-speed trucks, backhoes, and forklifts, to perform tasks such as loading, hauling, and unloading materials.
  • Transport Materials: Transport materials from customer facilities to home base and job sites, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
  • Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • Class A License: Possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license.
  • Mountain Driving Experience: Have experience driving in mountainous terrain.
  • Equipment Experience: Have experience operating heavy equipment, including backhoes and forklifts.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

As an Equipment Operator, you will be exposed to various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation. You will also be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
