We are currently seeking an Armed Security Officer to oversee safety at transit locations.

No prior transit experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.

Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Valid Florida Security Licenses: D and G.

Additionally, candidates must meet at least one of the following:

  • 3+ Years of Military Service (DD214).
  • 3+ Years of Law Enforcement Experience (Academy Certificate).
  • 3+ Years in Armed Corrections (Academy Certificate).
  • 3+ Years in Armed Security (Employment Verification).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, site-specific policies, and emergency response procedures as necessary.
  • React to incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises, with working conditions varying by client site.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years old for armed positions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Applicants will undergo a background investigation in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Drug screening will be conducted as permitted by law.
  • Participation in industry-specific security and safety training programs is required.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local regulations.
