The Automotive Maintenance Technician, also known as the Lube and Tire Technician, is an entry-level role that serves as an excellent starting point for your career in the automotive industry.

Training and Development
From day one, you will engage in a thorough training program designed to cover all facets of your responsibilities. As a vital member of our team, you will perform essential maintenance services on customer vehicles.

Team Collaboration
More importantly, you will collaborate with your colleagues to provide exceptional customer experiences, utilizing your technical skills to assist individuals with their vehicles and ensure they have safe and dependable transportation.

Compensation
Your pay will be determined by your experience, with additional incentives available based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute mechanic tasks such as changing, mounting, and installing tires.
- Perform wheel removal, tire repair, and balancing, including patching and plugging tires.
- Conduct quick lube services, including lubrication and oil changes.
- Inspect and rotate tires as needed.
- Carry out basic automotive maintenance tasks, such as battery installations.
- Receive training to perform alignments, brake services, and scheduled maintenance tasks.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Possess a basic set of mechanic tools or participate in a tool purchase program.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Maintain a positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
- Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or in Lube and Tire services.
