About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Excavation Specialist - Fine Grade Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and motor graders to perform fine grading tasks.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a 401K plan with maximum company match, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement. Our team works Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm, with opportunities for overtime pay.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience operating heavy equipment, specifically fine grade operations. Familiarity with GPS technology is a plus, but not required. You must also have reliable transportation to get to various job sites within John's Island and surrounding areas.

Salary: $25-$27 per hour, depending on skillset, with 10-15 hours of overtime per week on average.
