Position Summary:
The Breast Imaging Specialist is responsible for conducting a range of breast imaging procedures with precision and care.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure a secure environment for patients, colleagues, and medical personnel at all times.
2. Uphold safety protocols when verifying patient identities throughout all breast imaging processes.
3. Alleviate patient concerns by providing clear explanations of imaging procedures, detailing equipment usage, and addressing inquiries.
4. Deliver exceptional breast imaging consistently by adhering to established protocols and procedures, making necessary adjustments for optimal outcomes, and retaking images as needed.
5. Foster teamwork in all facets of patient care.
6. Utilize independent, professional judgment in executing breast imaging tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

Radiologic Technologist with ARRT board certification
Mammography ARRT board certification
Compliance with all ACR/FDA Personnel Qualifications
Proficient in EPIC, Philips PACS, and Hologic Mammography Equipment
Strong communication skills
Compassionate approach to patient care
Dependable, punctual, and well-organized
