About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Systems Integration Specialist to join our team at ManTech International.

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced systems engineer to work on innovative projects that drive national security and support our customer's technology needs.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will play a critical role in supporting our customer by being a central interface between our organization and the end-user community. Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and recommending new technologies to enhance performance, security, and user experience while ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and integrate new systems and devices, ensuring seamless integration and interoperability.
  • Gathering and documenting end-user requirements, creating technical documentation, and developing user training materials.
  • Maintaining end-user device architecture, including operational views, technical standards, and system/service views, aligned with industry best practices and security standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Systems Engineering.
  • Engineering experience working with all desktop IT devices, identifying hardware specifications, and matching them with technical requirements.
  • Collaborative experience working with partners to test equipment, create support processes, and image, patch, and update devices.
  • A Sec+ or other 8570 Level 2 certification prior to starting.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to various audiences.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • 1+ years of Nessus Manager experience, including licensing, plugins, and scanning.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to handle complex customer situations.
Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience working with VOIPs, monitors, peripherals, laptops, MFDs, Linux-based computers, and understanding their functionality for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Experience with printer management software, such as Lexmark MarkVision and Fleet Manager.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow for IT service management, including incident management, change management, and request fulfillment.
  • Experience using SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
Clearance Requirements

The selected candidate must have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance.

Physical Requirements

This role requires occasional movement about the office to collaborate with other leaders/teams, use standard office automation equipment, and participate in virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $140,000 - $170,000 per year, based on location and experience.
