Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and health details.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting patient healing and well-being.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Monitor patient food and liquid intake and output, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN State license and good standing with State Registry.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member, communicating with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
