Responsibilities

  • Assist with mulching, planting, edging, and general landscape maintenance tasks.
  • Safely haul trailers and equipment to job sites.
  • Execute landscaping projects with attention to detail and quality.
  • Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure proper care and storage.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory.
  • Previous experience in landscaping is preferred.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

  • This position is offered as a 1099 contract role.
  • Transition to W2 employment may be considered in the future, based on company policies and regulations.
  • Salary range for this position is $16 - $20 per hour.
  • Annual bonuses and paid time off are available based on tenure.
