Join Our Team as a Skilled RN

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. As a skilled RN, you will provide high-quality care to geriatric patients in the community, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

About the Role:

  • Deliver skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to patients in their homes.
  • Develop and implement care plans that are goal-oriented and patient-centered.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.

Requirements:

  • RN license with current DE RN license or compact state license.
  • 1 year of RN experience, with previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
  • IV proficient or willing to train, and perform IV functions.
