Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team in a Hospice and Palliative Medicine role. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care and management in a hospice and palliative medicine setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs and improve quality of life
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in hospice and palliative medicine

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or equivalent
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant
  • Experience in hospice and palliative medicine or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
