Regal Cinema Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Deputy General Manager is a key member of the Regal team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Regal cinema. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and direct a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless movie-going experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Direct and supervise a team of employees to achieve business objectives and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the cinema is operating efficiently and effectively, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
• Customer Service: Foster a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience at the cinema.
• Financial Management: Manage the cinema's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
• Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Certifications: Regal Responsible Beverage Server training and ServSafe Food Manager Certification.

Working Conditions:

The Deputy General Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with employees, customers, and vendors. The role requires the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
