Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our vision care team at Sam's Club in Franklin, WI. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in eye health and vision care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Doctoral degree in Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school and be licensed as an optometrist in good standing in the state of practice. A strong track record of experience in vision care, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach are essential for this position.

Benefits
As an optometrist at Sam's Club, you can expect a competitive salary range of $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year, depending on your location and level of experience. In addition to your base salary, you may also be eligible for annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Other benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. You will also receive paid time off, including PTO, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting.

Estimated Annual Salary: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00
