Electronics Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Technician to join our team at OPEX Corporation. As an Automation and Electronics Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electronic PCBs to component level.

• Troubleshoot and repair electronics PCBs to component level with expertise in soldering through hole and surface mount technology components.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to develop and implement solutions for complex technical issues.
• Create daily production reports to track individual contributor performance and provide insights for process improvements.

• A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Electronics or Technical School education with a completed certification in electronics is required.
• Possess a fundamental understanding of Analog and Digital circuitry and be able to interpret various technical documentation including schematics, component data sheets, Test Procedures, ECOs, and other technical documents.
• Proficient in standard test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, and Power Supplies, with excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• A+ Certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
