We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Technician to join our team at OPEX Corporation. As an Automation and Electronics Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electronic PCBs to component level.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair electronics PCBs to component level with expertise in soldering through hole and surface mount technology components.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to develop and implement solutions for complex technical issues.
- Create daily production reports to track individual contributor performance and provide insights for process improvements.
- A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Electronics or Technical School education with a completed certification in electronics is required.
- Possess a fundamental understanding of Analog and Digital circuitry and be able to interpret various technical documentation including schematics, component data sheets, Test Procedures, ECOs, and other technical documents.
- Proficient in standard test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, and Power Supplies, with excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- A+ Certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
OPEX Corporation offers a competitive salary package, estimated around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, we also offer 401(k) matching, paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement.
