Certified Nursing Assistant for Hospital Setting

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team at a reputable hospital in Massachusetts. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our patients while working alongside a supportive staff committed to excellence in patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients under the supervision of licensed nurses.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Take and record vital signs accurately.
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers as needed.
- Serve meals and provide assistance with feeding as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Follow hospital policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Active Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Valid driver's license.
- Demonstrate proficiency in working efficiently within a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritizing tasks.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Embrace a compassionate and patient-centered approach to delivering care.
- Display a foundational understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
- Capable of collaborating seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Salary and Benefits:
