Café Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Café Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our prepared foods team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food items daily, following recipes and ensuring high-quality products are available to our members.

• Food Preparation: Prepare fresh food items daily, following recipes and ensuring high-quality products are available to our members.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, rotating stock and ensuring that shelves are clean and well-stocked.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a prepared foods or café setting.
• Food Safety Certification: Possession of a valid food safety certification, such as a Food Handler's Card.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
