Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Optician to join our team at Peach Tree Linda. As an Optician, you will work independently to provide best-in-class optical dispensary management, interacting with patients to solve their visual needs and build loyalty to the practice and dispensary.
Your key responsibilities will include analyzing, resolving, and correcting customer service issues, providing an excellent patient experience while meeting persona, practice, and company goals, and ensuring that finished eyewear meets our optical standards and customer requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 1-3 years previous experience in the optical industry
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
