About the Role

As a Template Surveyor, you will play a critical role in our customer-facing team, visiting homes to provide professional laser countertop templating services. You will work closely with our showroom and head office teams to ensure accurate information translation and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional laser countertop templating services to customers in their homes
• Work with showroom and head office teams to ensure accurate information translation
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld
• Manage your own time and appointments to meet customer needs

Requirements

• Confidence in dealing with customers and upholding our customer service standards
• Experience in a similar role or industry, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-organization and ability to manage your own time and appointments
• Valid Driver's License

What We Offer

We offer a full-time position with amazing earning potential, including a base salary of $54,160 per year, plus the potential to earn an additional $6,000 in bonus.
