Director of Hospice Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Hospice to lead our hospice care team in Moab, Utah. This is a full-time, salaried position with a schedule of 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) and rotating evening/weekend on-call shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional end-of-life care while fostering a supportive and dedicated team environment.
  • Lead our hospice care team with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our patients and their families.
Requirements:
  • Current UT or Compact License (active)
  • BLS Certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in Med/Surg, Home Health, or Hospice
