Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the family, physicians, schools, and other educational institutions to deliver the best clinical outcomes.
  • Complete case management activities consistent with department quality assurance and quality improvement standards.
  • Incorporate principles of cultural-competence and family-centered care into clinical services.
  • Provide services consistent with contemporary, evidence-based practice in physical therapy and department quality assurance standards.
Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree from an Accredited PTA program.
  • Certification(s): BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR.
  • Licensure: State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Physical Therapist (PTA) license.
