Scaffolding Lead Builder

ISO Services, a division of Ergon Construction Group, is a 40+ year old industrial service and construction company providing all disciplines of industrial maintenance and construction.

We offer specialty trades (insulation, fireproofing, painting/coatings, scaffolding & heat tracing) in addition to our mechanical and civil capabilities.

The Lead Scaffold Builder is responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding in a safe and productive manner while meeting our customer's objectives.

To follow the directions of their immediate supervisor and follow all company, jobsite, local, state and federal regulations pertaining to Health and Safety.

Successfully complete and understand Scaffold Competent Person Training.

Report any unsafe acts and conditions immediately to your supervisor.

Perform other duties as assigned by the E&D Foreman or Competent Person.

Assist in the on-the-job training of Carpenters, Carpenter Helpers and Laborers.

Visually inspect all equipment as it is being erected and/or dismantled.

Perform material handling duties for the erection and dismantle of the scaffold.

Proper Assembly and disassembly of the scaffolding.

Participate and in some cases complete the required E&D documents of the jobsite.

May serve as the Competent Person for the scaffold project.

Must be in a physical condition that will allow walking long distances.

Travel will be required.
