Cage Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cashier to join our team at M Resort. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, verifying cash turn-ins, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

• Verify cash turn-ins from operating departments and ensure accuracy
• Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile cash transactions
• Cash customer checks and handle cash payments within prescribed limits
• Ensure all transactions are accurate and secure
• Provide courteous and friendly service to all staff and guests

• Minimum 1-year main Cage and/or Player Club experience
• Exceptional customer service focus and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Player Services operation and company policies
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Full knowledge and understanding of company and departmental rules and regulations
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers
• Knowledge of Title 31 and gaming regulations
