ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team in a supportive school district in Illinois. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' communication skills and overall academic success.

About the Position
  • Type: Full-Time
  • School Year: 2024-2025
  • Caseload: K-12 (specific details provided during the interview)
  • Location: Onsite, OFallon, IL

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to individual student needs
  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Illinois SLP license and Teaching Certification (or ability to obtain)
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFs will also be considered with supervision provided
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive weekly pay ($1200 - $1500 depending on experience)
