About the Role

We are seeking a talented Licensed Clinician to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of behavioral services, supervising a team of clinicians, and ensuring the highest level of quality care for our clients. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • A minimum of five years of postgraduate experience providing behavioral services to youth and families
  • Experience working in a home-base or wraparound program preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices
