Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality menu items and providing exceptional customer service.

• Prepare ingredients and menu items to the highest standard of quality
• Effectively multitask and balance prep work to ensure timely meal preparation
• Assist in ordering and inventory processes to control inventory and shrink
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment

• 1 or more years' experience working in a production kitchen
• Experience with prep work and knife skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Culinary Arts
• Prep Cook/Pantry/Apprentice Experience
• Line cook experience
