Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a highly skilled HEDIS Nurse Abstractor Specialist to join our team. As a HEDIS Nurse Abstractor Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing medical records, abstracting pertinent data, and entering it into a specified database to support HEDIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and abstract medical records to extract relevant data
- Enter data into a database using established abstraction procedures
- Communicate effectively with provider offices and company staff
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy requirements
- Maintain patient confidentiality and protect sensitive information
Requirements:
- RN or LPN/LVN license
- HEDIS Medical Record Review experience preferably within the last 5 years
- Computer experience (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook) required
- Medical claims experience preferred but not required
