Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Baptist Memorial Health Care. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing imaging procedures and treatments according to radiology practice standards to aid in the diagnosis and/or treatment of disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procedure/treatment plans utilizing established hospital protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform imaging procedures and treatments according to radiology practice standards.
  • Complete documentation as required to comply with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Maintain equipment, procedure/treatment rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition.
  • Participate in hospital and departmental Performance Improvement activities.
Requirements
  • Registered by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists with current Registry in Radiography ARRT(R) or new graduate who is waiting to take the registry.
  • Proof of ARRT (by primary source) must be available within 60 calendar days of graduation.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire date.
