Location: Perry, FL

The Plant Finance Manager plays a critical role in driving financial excellence at our manufacturing facilities. This position is responsible for leading the financial activities at the Plant, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and providing timely analysis and insights to support sound decision making across plant operations, spend management, forecasting, inventory control, and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive process enhancements and productivity improvements.
  • Collaborate with plant leadership team to provide financial impact analysis and recommendations on cost savings, loss avoidance, and risk mitigation.
  • Support all plant initiatives for the capital and non-capital project by validating cost assumptions, productivity savings, and providing recommendations.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to Plant Leadership Team to improve long-term and short-term strategic initiatives and on day-to-day operational productivity.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance/accounting: analyzing cost reporting results and variances, identifying trends, recommending, and driving actions.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial metrics in a manufacturing organization.
  • Ability to work with teams and lead decision-making processes in a team environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to influence at various levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
