Job Description

The Accounts Payable Director will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable function, including managing and leading the accounts payable team, developing and implementing accounts payable processes and policies, and overseeing daily operations to ensure compliance with internal controls and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Lead the Accounts Payable Team: Manage and lead the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Develop and Implement Accounts Payable Processes: Develop, implement, and streamline accounts payable processes and policies to enhance our financial operations.
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with internal controls and best practices.
  • Analyze and Improve Processes: Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements, leveraging tools like NetSuite, Concur, and Tipalti.
  • Communicate Effectively: Prepare and present reports to senior management on accounts payable performance and metrics, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial objectives and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an accounts payable leadership role is essential.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices, experience with NetSuite, Concur, and Tipalti, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $145,000, commensurate with experience, flexible contract structure, opportunities for professional development and growth, and a dynamic and supportive work environment.
