  • Demonstrated technical program management expertise in technology firms, emphasizing successful project delivery utilizing agile/lean methodologies to drive program & process transformation aligning with company priorities.
  • Ability to examine complex problems develop effective solutions and gain buy-in from stakeholders and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations along with driving resolution when there is conflict.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; able to thrive within ambiguity.
  • Experience managing other project managers or members of a team.
  • Solid knowledge of technology and the ability to engage with technical teams.
