We are seeking an experienced Travel Hospice Nurse RN to join our team for a local contract opportunity in Youngstown, Ohio. This is a 12-week assignment with a guaranteed 40 hours per week, including 1 on-call day per week and 1 on-call weekend per month.
About the JobThis hospice nursing position requires at least 1 year of experience in hospice care, with knowledge of Oasis and home care charting systems. You will be responsible for caring for adult clients, managing a caseload of approximately 6 patients per day, and traveling up to 60 miles to patient homes.
