Key Responsibilities

As a Steward at Oak View Group, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in our food service areas. This includes washing and sanitizing all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and smallwares to ensure they are free from contamination risk.

You will also be responsible for removing all trash and maintaining loading and receiving areas in a safe and clean condition. Additionally, you will stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning, and clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.
